What to expect at your visit

1 Sign in at the electronic kiosk to see a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. No appointment necessary.
2We will review your medical history and documentation of prior prescription.
3We will provide the injection. Administration is subject to a thorough review by the practitioner.
4We will give you a visit summary and send it to your primary care provider at your request.

What to know before your visit

  • Patients must be 18 years of age and older
  • Patients MUST present prescription for Vitamin B12 or have a prescription on file at the pharmacy to receive the service
  • Patients with the following conditions may be referred to another setting:  
    • Allergy or sensitivity to Vitamin B or cobalt
    • Pregnant or lactating women
