TB (Tuberculosis) testing $39
We provide quick and easy TB (tuberculosis) testing for those who require testing
or are at risk of becoming infected.
What to expect at your visit
1 Sign in at the electronic kiosk to
see a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. No appointment necessary.
2We will review your
history, verify eligibility for testing and then administer the test on your forearm.
3 Return to MinuteClinic 48 to 72 hours
after the test is conducted. We will perform a reading and provide
appropriate follow-up recommendations.
4 We will give you a summary of your
testing and send it to your primary care provider at your request.

What to know before your visit
- Insurance is not accepted for this service.
- Individuals with a potentially compromised immune system may be
referred to another care setting.
- Patients must be able to return within 48 to 72 hours of their
initial visit to have the tuberculin skin test (TST) assessed. The test will not
be administered if this requirement cannot be met.
- Patients with a history of adverse reaction to TB testing may be
referred to another care setting.
- Patients who have a previous positive skin test for TB (tuberculosis)
will be referred to another care setting.
- Patients who have had certain vaccinations within the past month
will be
deferred to testing at a later date.
- Patients who have had infection with measles, mumps, chicken pox
or influenza in the past month will be deferred to testing at a later date.

North Carolina and Texas.
