What to expect at your visit
1 Sign in at the electronic kiosk to see a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. No appointment necessary.
2 We will provide a one-on-one consultation including a nicotine addiction assessment.
3 We will discuss a customized smoking cessation plan, potentially including nicotine replacement or pharmacological therapy. Follow-up visits may be recommended.
4 We will give you a visit summary and send it to your primary care provider at your request.
What to know before your visit
- Service is not available in Massachusetts.
- Users of tobacco products other than cigarettes may be referred to another care setting.
