What to expect at your visit
1 Sign in at the clinic electronic
kiosk. No appointment necessary.
2We will perform a
risk assessment and take a blood sample from your finger to perform the following
tests:
- Cholesterol
- Diabetes (blood glucose or A1C)
- Hypertension (blood pressure)
- Weight evaluation
3Please note that additional charges apply for labs and tests. Visit our
labs & tests page for these fees.
4We will review your results and provide recommendations for
risk reduction.
5We will give you a visit
summary and send it to your primary care provider at your request.
What to know before your visit
- Service is not available in Maryland and Massachusetts
- Patients must be 18 years of age or older.
- We recommend that you fast 8 to 12 hours before coming in for this
service.
