Administrative physicals $69
Administrative physicals are occasionally required for such purposes as admission to a retirement home or school, an adoption or marriage, obtaining a driver’s or cosmetology license or insurance certification. We can help with required forms, and get this off your to-do list.
What to expect at your visit
1 Sign in at the electronic kiosk to see a practitioner. No appointment necessary.
2We will perform an examination, including review of your health history including family history, medications, allergies and present health status and review of your immunizations to ensure they are up to date
3Please note that additional charges apply for labs and tests. Visit our

4Medical determination and documentation of administrative clearance
5We also can send the summary to your primary care provider, with your permission.
What to know before your visit
- Service is not available in Massachusetts
- Wear comfortable clothes and bring any required forms, including a completed health and immunization history.
- Insurance is not accepted for physicals and payment is due at time of visit.
- Patients with the following may be referred to another care setting:
- Pregnancy
- Physicals requiring lab tests not available at MinuteClinic
- Patients monitored or managed by another healthcare provider for the following conditions:
- Cardiac
- Cardiopulmonary
- Diabetes
- Musculoskeletal
- Psychological
