What to expect at your visit
1 Sign in at the electronic kiosk to
see a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. No appointment necessary.
2 Your practitioner will discuss your
symptoms and perform an examination, which may include a lab test.
3 Your practitioner will make a diagnosis
and provide a treatment plan in accordance with nationally established clinical
practice guidelines.
4 We'll give you a visit summary and
send it to your primary care provider at your request.
5 You are responsible for your copay
or the price listed on our menu and any additional charges at the time of the visit.

What to know before your visit
- Diagnosis of influenza, strep throat, urinary tract infections and mononucleosis and treatment of asthma are likely to include additional lab charges.
- Asthma patients must be 7 years of age or older. And patients with severe asthma may be referred to another care setting.
- Patients with temperatures over 103 degrees may be referred to
another care setting.
- Individuals with a potentially compromised immune system may be
referred to another care setting.
- Allergy patients must be 2 years of age or older.
- Only female patients ages 12 to 65 will be treated for urinary
tract infections.
