High blood pressure monitoring $79

According to the American Heart Association, 1 in 3 American adults has high blood pressure, or hypertension. Uncontrolled high blood pressure can lead to stroke, heart attack, heart failure or kidney failure.

For those diagnosed with high blood pressure, we can help with your ongoing monitoring needs - from checking your blood pressure to performing a kidney function test, or simply answering a question about how to better control your condition.

What to expect at your visit

1 Sign in at the electronic kiosk. No appointment necessary.
2 We will review your medical history as well as perform an exam and tests based on your individual needs, following nationally accepted guidelines. They may include the following:
  • Blood pressure check
  • Body mass index (BMI)
  • Review of lifestyle factors  
3Please note that additional charges apply for labs and tests.Visit our labs & tests page for these fees. 
4We will discuss your results and recommendations to keep your blood pressure under control. We can also answer any questions you may have abo ut your condition.
5 We will give you a visit summary and send it to your primary care provider at your request.

What to know before your visit

  • Service is not available in Maryland and Massachusetts
  • Patients must be 18 years of age or older.
