According to the American Heart Association, 1 in 3 American adults has high blood pressure, or hypertension. Uncontrolled high blood pressure can lead to stroke, heart attack, heart failure or kidney failure.
High blood pressure evaluation will identify and support your monitoring needs. From checking your blood pressure to performing a kidney function test, our nurse practitioners will provide immediate results, answer your questions and educate you on what everything means.
What to expect at your visit
1 Sign in at the electronic kiosk. No appointment necessary.
2 We will review your medical history as well as perform an exam and tests based on your individual needs, following nationally accepted guidelines. They may include the following:
- Blood pressure check
- Body mass index (BMI)
- Cholesterol test (optional)
- Kidney function test (optional)
- Review of lifestyle factors
3Please note that additional charges apply for labs and tests.Visit our

4We will discuss your results and recommendations to keep your blood pressure under control. We can also answer any questions you may have abo ut your condition.
5 We will give you a visit summary and send it to your primary care provider at your request.

- Patients must be 18 years of age or older.
