Asthma monitoring $79-$89

Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways that affects more than 22 million Americans, including approximately 6 million children. If uncontrolled, asthma can severely impact your quality of life.

We can help you take control of your asthma by pro viding routine tests, immediate results and educational support, all on your schedule. For those with moderate to severe asthma symptoms such as wheezing or shortness of breath, please consult with your primary care provider, go to the emergency room or call 911.

What to expect at your visit

1 Sign in at the electronic kiosk to see a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. No appointment necessary.
2We will review your medical history, discuss your symptoms, perform an examination and may run tests such as spirometry and pulse oximetry.
3Please note that additional charges apply for labs and tests. Visit our labs & tests page for these fees. 
4We will review and explain your results and discuss your action plan. And we will write prescriptions when medically appropriate.
5 We will give you a visit summary and send it to your primary care provider at your request.

What to know before your visit

  • Service is not available in Massachusetts.
  • Patients who are younger than 7 years of age or older than 65 will be referred to another care setting.
  • Patients who are pregnant will be referred to another care setting.
  • Patients with moderate to severe asthma symptoms such as wheezing or shortness of breath will be referred to another care setting.
