• Deer tick present
• Site of bite identifiable
• Report of removing deer tick within past 72 hours

Patient will be referred to primary care provider if:

• Presenting with neurological symptoms following tick bite
• Under 12 years old
• Present with swollen joints
• Signs of Lyme Disease Rash
• Tick bite reported to be over 72 hours prior to visit
• Have an immunocompromised condition
