• Burning sensation with urination
• Increased frequency and urge to urinate
• Blood in urine
• Low grade fever

Patient will be referred to primary care provider if:

• Temperature over 103
• Diabetic
• Pregnant
• Male
• Females younger than 12 or 65 years of age and older
• Treated with antibiotics for UTI or bladder infection in the last 4 weeks
  
• Have an immunocompromised condition
