Benefits

In addition to the rewards of providing health care at MinuteClinic, we offer a solid compensation package of competitive salaries and other benefits.

The biggest benefit of MinuteClinic’s jobs that make a difference is becoming part of our culture of caring.

Salaries

Our MinuteClinic nurse practitioners and physician assistants earn salaries that are competitive in each of the metropolitan areas where we operate walk-in health care centers.

Flexible Scheduling

MinuteClinic’s flexible scheduling offers practitioners convenience and more personal freedom.

Flexible scheduling applies to each of MinuteClinic’s three basic types of positions:
  • Full-time positions (at least 36 hours per week)
  • Regular part-time positions (24 to 35.9 hours per week)
  • Casual part-time positions (at least every third weekend)
Which category your position falls into determines the specific benefits available to you.

Training, Education and Licenses

Ongoing training is more than just necessary to keep your licenses current. It’s critical to MinuteClinic’s ability to deliver top-quality health care.

Continuing Medical Education
MinuteClinic contributes to the continuing medical education of regular part-time and full-time nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License
All of our nurse practitioners may qualify to have MinuteClinic pay for their Drug Enforcement Administration license.

Paid Time Off

Practitioners earn paid time-off at a rate based on whether they are regular part-time or full-time. Whether you are regular part-time or full-time also will determine how much paid time off you may carry over into the next calendar year.

Employee Referral Program

That is why, effective March 1st, 2008, we are starting a new program to reward those employees who encourage friends and colleagues to apply. We even encourage employment applicants to participate!
