Partnership with the National Patient Safety Foundation®

MinuteClinic has partnered with the National Patient Safety Foundation to promote awareness and solutions around the issue of low health literacy and its effect on safe care and health outcomes.

Through this relationship, MinuteClinic has become the first retail clinic provider to implement Ask Me 3™, an educational program from the National Patient Safety Foundation, designed to promote communication between health care providers and patients in order to improve health outcomes. The program encourages patients to ask and understand the answers to three questions: What is my main problem? What do I need to do? Why is it important for me to do this?
